The City of Manitowoc has announced that Halvorsen Dog Park reopened earlier this afternoon, at noon.
The temporary closure of the park was announced on March 23. The reopening was confirmed by Curtis Hall, Manitowoc Parks & Recreation Manager, on Monday morning.
The park was closed to protect the turf while preventing mud pits and longer closures later in the year.
