Racine police are searching for a 42-year-old man suspected of shooting a woman to death.
The body of 30-year-old Brittany Booker was found Sunday morning.
Authorities say Terry L. Jackson has ties to Chicago and could be headed there.
Racine police say there were already arrest warrants issued in Jackson’s name connected to a February attempted homicide.
Police say Jackson is believed to be armed and dangerous and the public should not approach him.
He is accused of committing a series of violent attacks against Booker and another woman.
