
Those flying out of Green Bay may soon be able to leave their masks in their pockets.
The change actually stems from a change made in Florida, where a federal judge voided the federal transportation mask mandate.
U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle says the mandate exceeds the authority of U.S. health officials.
While this has caused a bit of a stirring of the pot so to speak, nothing has been set in stone.
Marty Piette, the Director of the Austin Straubel Airport in Green Bay says they are waiting to hear directly from the CDC and TSA before any official changes are made.
