The big orange traffic cones will be reducing traffic to a single lane in numerous areas on 1-43 in Manitowoc County this week.
According to the project website, the contractor is scheduled to continue concrete base patching work on I-43 in both northbound and southbound directions from the City of Manitowoc to Brown County, along with all on and off-ramps to County Highway K this week.
They are also expected to remove a part of the Rockwood Road Bridge over the highway.
The expected closures include the northbound lanes today and tomorrow, the Rockwood Road Bridge, and all on and off-ramps for the County K interchange all week.
