The former Herald Times Reporter building near downtown Manitowoc will be going up for auction soon.
The structure located at 902 Franklin Street was constructed in 1918, and served as a home for the Manitowoc newspaper.
Additions were made to the structure in 1948, 1966, and 1977, and is zoned for commercial or industrial use.
Bell Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate is hosting the auction, which will take place from April 25th through the 27th.
