Former Milwaukee County Prosecutors Accused Of Misconduct

Two former Milwaukee County prosecuting attorneys are charged with misconduct in public office.  Kristin Schrank is accused of dismissing a criminal case after lying about it.  The dismissal was first questioned last July, but the district attorney’s office got no answer.  Schrank and Antoni Apollo are both charged with misdemeanors.  The prosecutor’s investigation centered on who gave advice to a Fox Point police officer who was working on the case in question.
