A 15-year-old shooting suspect in Green Bay now has a new attorney meaning the case against him can resume.
Jeremiah Robinson is accused of shooting a 31-year-old man to death on February 18th outside a Walgreens store.
The case had been on hold while the Wisconsin Public Defender’s Office found an attorney to handle it.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday morning in Brown County Court.
Investigators say Robinson and Jeromy Finke got into a fight with two men over money.
Robinson has told police he shot the victim in self-defense after he was threatened with brass knuckles.
