A project that was supposed to only take one day now will not be done until the end of the week.
Crews began repairing a sanitary sewer on North 23rd Street on Tuesday but have run into a few snags.
As we reported yesterday, crews located a second defective section of piping, and have been battling the weather.
Now with rain expected throughout the day today, crews won’t be able to finish up until the end of the day on Friday, so the section of North 23rd Street between Rheaume and Granger Roads will be closed until then.
