Missing Bellevue Teen Believed To Be victim Of Human Trafficking

Investigators with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office says a missing Bellevue teen is believed to be a victim of human trafficking. Deputies say 15-year-old Kasey Vang has been missing since Thursday. Investigators say Kasey was last seen in Milwaukee on Saturday with her younger sister. However, the sister has since returned home. She has been interviewed by investigators.
