The Two Rivers City Council will be holding a work session meeting this evening.
The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, where they will start by looking over the proposed cash grant and developer’s performance agreement between the City and 3000 Forest Avenue LLC.
They will then consider submitting some street projects for inclusion into the DOT’s State Fiscal Year 2022 Funding and matters pertaining to parking around the Community House and future site of Cool City Brewing.
Then, in a closed session, the City Council will Discuss possible assistance to West River Lofts affordable housing project and the potential purchase of the former CN Railroad right-of-way.
