Members of the group True the Vote have described what they call an international election fraud conspiracy during a hearing at the Wisconsin Capitol.
Data analyst Greg Phillips told members of the Assembly Elections Committee outside forces conspired to traffic ballots.
True the Vote claims there was widespread election fraud in Wisconsin and across the U.S.
The group says its claims are based on witness reports and cell phone tracking.
Phillips says data from those cell phones tracked people who visited multiple ballot drop boxes in Milwaukee.
