The head of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association says she won’t push to make changes to national rules about video reviews.
The question comes from the game involving St. Thomas More High School that ended in a fight, leading to player disqualifications and eventually a court reversal of the WIAA ruling.
Stephanie Hauser says there’s always room for improvement but she won’t try to force the use of video reviews in cases like this one.
The WIAA didn’t refer to the video of the fight to determine the proper response because that’s not the rule.
