Milwaukee Brewer ace pitcher Brandon Woodruff did not have his best stuff yesterday, as the Crew fell to the Arizona Diamondbacks 10-3.
Woodruff gave up 6 hits and 4 runs in his 3 innings of work, while Brent Suter gave up 2 and Hoby Milner gave up the final 4.
Offensively, David Dahl was the only batter to accumulate 2 hits, while runs were batted in by Dahl, Jon Singleton, and Pablo Reyes.
It was a big day for Eduardo Diaz and Alek Thomas for the D-backs, as each batted in three runs.
The Crew returns to action this afternoon as they take on the Oakland Athletics.
First pitch is scheduled for 3:05 p.m.
