It will be a busy evening in Manitowoc’s City Hall today, as there are three meetings on the calendar.
First up is the Board of Public Works, which will be in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m.
After holding a public hearing regarding special assessments for a sewer project on South 15th Street, the Board will look over bids for a concrete project, and a seal coating project.
Then at 4:30 p.m., the TIF Joint Review Board will gather in the 2nd Floor Conference Room.
They will be looking over items related to the creation of TID 23, which will be located at Hecker and Viebahn, across the interstate.
Closing out the night will be the Plan Commission, who will be in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
They will be holding a public hearing regarding the proposed boundaries and creation of TID 23, and a request to use City-owned land for the creation of a stormwater retention facility.
These are the final meetings for the week in the Clipper City.
