A Green Bay man was arrested in Brown County early Sunday morning for his 4th offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
According to a news release from the State Patrol Fond du lac Post, 33-year-old Charles Little Bull was observed going 50mph in a 70mph zone and leaving his lane of travel multiple times while southbound on Interstate 41.
The trooper activated their emergency lights and siren and once pulled over, the law enforcement officer noticed signs of illegal drug use and evidence of impairment from the driver.
Following the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and a blood draw, Charles Little Bull was transported to the Brown County Jail.
