High praise is being awarded to an area organization that organizes motorcycle enthusiasts to provide support and guidance to victims of bullying.
Brotherhood Against Bullying was selected as the 2021 winner of the Mishicot Area Growth & Improvement Committee’s Red Carpet Award.
The purpose of that award is to celebrate an organization that provides outstanding service to the Village of Mishicot.
Brotherhood Against Bullying notes on their website that their goal is to give rides to school to victims of bullying, with properly completed paperwork, have lunch with the victims, if given permission, and accompanying victims to after-school activities. They also state their aim to provide a 24/7 point of contact for victims and parents to talk to.
Taking to social media, Brotherhood Against Bullying was awestruck to have received the award, noting, “We are speechless. It is such an honor to be receiving this award. We would like to thank all of our supporters.” They added, “Worldwide, without the support from all of you, we wouldn’t be able to accomplish what we do. Thank you.”
The official ceremony to honor the organization will be held on April 10 at the 36th Annual MAGIC Banquet at the Par 5 Resort at 12:00 p.m.
Anyone interested in reserving tickets is advised to call the Mishicot Area Growth & Improvement Committee at (920) 755-3411 .
