The Milwaukee Brewers have their first spring training game today, taking on the Los Angeles Dodgers at the Dodgers’ spring facility in Glendale, Arizona.
First pitch is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. Milwaukee time.
It will also be the first season the Brewers have used a designated hitter since joining the National League in 1997.
Andrew McCutchen will fill the role this season, but he’s also expected to get some playing time in the outfield.
