Manitowoc Man Charged with 5th OWI

A Manitowoc man was arrested for his 5^th OWI offence on Saturday. Authorities received a call from a concerned citizen, who reported a vehicle swerving all over the road and almost ran a red light. While police made their way to the vehicle, the man continued to trail the vehicle. Police did eventually pull over the driver, 48 year old Jesse Madden . Due to the cold temperatures, the field sobriety test was not administered until they brought Madden Holy Family Memorial Hospital, where he was charged with his 5^th offence OWI. 08
