A former elementary school teacher in Green Bay will stand trial.
A judge ordered David Villareal to stand trial on Monday on two counts of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
These are just two of the five total charges the former teacher is facing, as three separate charges were filed last April.
His trial for those charges is scheduled to begin on April 11th, and his arraignment for the lastest counts is on Friday.
Villareal had reportedly touched several female children inappropriately during his time at Baird Elementary School.
He then resigned after the first charges were filed.
