There won’t be another national title for the Wisconsin women’s hockey team this season.
The Badgers were knocked out of the NCAA tournament by Northeastern Saturday 4-2.
Wisconsin’s goals were scored by Casey O’Brien and Brette Pettet.
Daryl Watts was held off the scoresheet and finished her U-W career as the number-two women’s college hockey scorer in history with 297 points.
