The former president and COO of a Wausau hospital has been killed in a Florida plane crash.
Diane Postler-Slattery and her husband Don died Tuesday evening when their plane disappeared from radar about two miles from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport near Panama City.
The flight originated in Michigan and the plane was north of the runway when it went down.
Postler-Slattery started as a nurse at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in 1987, rose to the administrative position, then became president and CEO of MyMichiganHealth nine years ago.
