
A suspect in an armed robbery on Monday was arrested shortly after they held up the Waldo State Bank.
According to Sargent Haag with the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, the County Emergency Communications Center received an alert from the Bank’s Hold Up Alarm just after noon, and deputies were dispatched to the financial institution in the Village of Waldo.
Deputies were able to quickly locate the suspect vehicle on the western side of the County.
Deputies engaged and were able to take the suspect in without any additional issues.
The name, age, or sex of the suspect was not given, nor how much money they took.
The Sheriff’s Office says there is no risk to the community, and that all suspects have been apprehended.
