A Wednesday report describes an “air of optimism” in the Packers organization that Aaron Rodgers will decide to return to Green Bay for the 2022 season.
USA Today cites a “sense of confidence” among team officials who are in Indianapolis for the N-F-L Combine this week.
The 38-year-old Rodgers seems to have three choices he can make – he can retire, return to the Packers, or request a trade.
General manager Brian Gutekunst says the team is expecting that decision to come well before the start of the new league year March 16th.
