A Dane County judge has ruled against election investigator Mike Gableman and Assembly Speaker Robin Vos.
Judge Frank Remington says Gableman and Vos purposely withheld public records requested by the liberal watchdog group American Oversight.
Wednesday’s ruling means Gableman and Vos will have to cover the legal fees for both sides.
American Oversight says it wants access to documents connected to Gableman’s investigation of the 2020 presidential election count in Wisconsin.
