Police have arrested an Oshkosh man in connection to a shooting earlier this month on I-41 in Grand Chute.
33-year-old Travis B. Tarver was charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety with Use of a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of THC, and Criminal Damage to Property with Use of a Dangerous Weapon.
The incident occurred at around 7:15 a.m. on February 18th.
The victim met with police and explained that a car pulled up next to her on the highway, and began firing at her car.
It was determined that their vehicle was peppered with rounds from a BB or Pellet gun.
Officers were able to identify Tarver as a suspect through the use of traffic cameras.
He was found in possession of a Crosman Full Auto AK1 4.5mm BB air rifle, which can fire BBs at a rate of 1,400 per minute.
Tarver’s bail was set at $75,000.
