
Charges have officially been filed against a 15-year-old boy who allegedly shot and killed a 31-year-old man at a Green Bay Walgreens.
The shooter, identified as Jeremiah Robinson is being charged as an adult with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Firearm on School Grounds, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon by a Person Under 18, Criminal Damage to Property, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and Possession of THC.
Robinson claims the shooting was in self-defense, but the prosecution noted that the wounds on the victim were all on his back, which indicated he was fleeing.
The victim in the case has not yet been identified.
Police are also still looking for another man involved in the incident, 40-year-old Jeromy Finke.
