Prosecutors say a former Superior city councilor was drunk when he pointed a gun at his fiancee during an argument. Twenty-six-year-old Graham Garfield was scheduled to go on trial January 23rd, but the trial date was moved to April at a hearing last week in Douglas County Circuit Court. Garfield faces one felony charge of recklessly endangering safety and three misdemeanors, plus citations for O-W-I-related offenses. His trial date was delayed so a crime lab analyst will be available to give testimony.
