The UW Green Bay Women’s basketball team continues to run through their competition, as they picked up their 9th consecutive win last night.
That came on their home court with a 75-46 dismantling of the University of Illinois Chicago.
The contest was dominated by Appleton North graduate Sydney Levy, who scored 21 points, including 12 from beyond the arc.
She was the only member of the Phoenix in double digits, but Brooklyn Blackburn also drained three threes.
Up next for the UWGB women is a chance for redemption.
They will play their final home game against the last team they lost to, IUPUI.
That game is scheduled to tip-off at 1:00 tomorrow afternoon at the Kress Center.
The Jaguars are coming off a 71-59 win over UW Milwaukee.
The men’s basketball team meanwhile will try to right the ship and end their 8-game losing streak against Purdue Fort Wayne.
That home game is scheduled for tonight at 7:00 p.m.
