The N-F-L Network reports the Packers are ready to make Aaron Rodgers the high-paid quarterback in the league if he will stay.
Since Patrick Mahomes has a contract with the Kansas City Chiefs that averages $45 million a year, the Packers veteran would be in for a huge payday.
His current deal pays him an average of $33 million a year.
Rodgers is expected to make a fairly quick decision this off-season – sometime before the middle of March.
