A Green Bay man has been arrested for this 7th drunk driving offense.
A Trooper with the State Patrol pulled over 42-year-old Guy Martin on the I-43 on-ramp at Atkinson Drive at around 8:00 p.m. Thursday.
The Trooper initiated the stop because he noted Martin was not wearing his seatbelt, but after speaking with him determined he was under the influence.
Martin admitted to drinking earlier in the night and submitted to a blood draw.
Martin was then arrested on charges including his 7th OWI, Operating After Revocation, Driving with Open Intoxicants, and Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device.
An unidentified passenger was also arrested as they had a warrant out for their arrest for a previous retail theft.
