School officials say construction is well underway on the renovation of Camp Randall Stadium’s south end zone.
The project is expected to cost almost $78 million.
It will feature new premium seating and hospitality clubs.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison says the main structure should be up by May and the construction should wrap up before the start of the 2022 football season.
U-W officials say when fans were surveyed several years about what they would like to see at the stadium they mentioned an outdoor premium area.
That’s a big part of this renovation project.
