The two students who allegedly made threats toward Green Bay Preble High School have been expelled.
The students’ attorneys said as much while in court yesterday.
The unnamed juveniles reportedly made threats to Preble High School on social media, along with two other unnamed students.
State law requires anyone accused of making terroristic threats to be tried as an adult.
A fact-finding hearing has been scheduled for March 7th, and a motions hearing is scheduled for March 9th.
