The 9th annual Music Is The Cure fundraiser held at City Limits Saturday night was a huge success.
According to event organizer Chad Hoerth, it was a record year with just over $25,000.00 raised to benefit those families battling major illnesses, including cancer. Hoerth added with the weekend amount, they’ve been able to raise more than $110,000.00 for local families and charities.
Seven bands played from 4:30 p.m. to midnight and Seehafer Broadcasting was an event sponsor.
