Daryl Watts’ hat trick powered the U-W women’s hockey team to a 5-1 Saturday win over Minnesota-Duluth and a split of the weekend series.
Makenna Webster and Caitlin Schneider contributed goals for the Badgers and goaltender Kennedy Blair made 26 saves.
Watts is now fifth for all-time points in the N-C-A-A with 284 and will move into a third-place tie with her next point.
Grace Bowlby and Schneider broke the Badgers program record for career games played.
Following the series against the Bulldogs, each has 165.
Minnesota State-Mankato visits LaBahn Arena Friday and Saturday for the Badgers’ last home series of the regular season.
