
The man who allegedly crashed his vehicle into an undercover police officer in Ashwaubenon has been ordered to stand trial.
Juan Pedroza is facing charges of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Fleeing/Eluding an Officer, Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Felony Bail Jumping in connection to the January 11th incident.
Pedroza waived his preliminary hearing last week and is due back in court on February 28th.
According to the police reports, Pedroza failed to stop when an officer attempted to pull him over and attempted to flee.
In his escape attempt, he rammed into a vehicle being driven by an undercover police officer.
