Manitowoc’s Crime Prevention Committee will be gathering this evening in the Police Department’s Training Room.
As per usual, they will receive updates from a variety of groups, including the Triad, the Police and Sheriff’s Departments, the School Resource Officer, and the Citizen’s Academy, before Healthiest Manitowoc County talks about substance abuse prevention.
The Committee will then look into the latest scam to hit the lakeshore area, the Microsoft Firewall Email Scam.
They will then take a tour of the morgue before discussing a scams presentation at UW Green Bay Manitowoc Campus.
This is the final meeting for the week in the Clipper City, however, the Manitowoc Public School District will be holding a meeting of their Ad Hoc Student Behavior Advisory Committee.
As the name suggests, they will be discussing student behavior issues and concerns during the virtual meeting at 1:00 PM.
