
The immigrant rights group Voces de la Frontera will be allowed to intervene in the Dane County lawsuit over the investigation of the 2020 presidential election.
Judge Rhonda Lanford made the ruling Wednesday.
An attorney for the group says the biggest question concerns the rules for the subpoenas issued by former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman.
He’s being paid by taxpayers to investigate any irregularities in last November’s vote.
An attorney for Assembly Speaker Robin Vos argued allowing the group to intervene would slow the process.
