A restaurant worker in Wauwatosa is recovering from a gunshot wound to the face.
Police say officers responded to a report of an argument at the George Webb diner shortly after midnight Sunday.
The argument escalated into a physical fight and the employee was wounded during the fight.
No arrests have been reported and no names have been released.
The victim is expected to survive.
Investigators tell say they are still trying to find out what the argument was about.
