Madison police are looking for a driver who attacked a man who was walking his dog.
The dog walker was carrying a flashlight Thursday evening as he walked in a neighborhood with no sidewalks.
WMTV reports he was walking against the flow of traffic when a driver got mad at him for shining the flashlight in his direction.
The victim says that the driver stopped his car, got out, and threw a dumbbell at him, hitting him in the back, then driving away. The victim only suffered minor injuries.
