There are two meetings scheduled to kick off the week in the City of Two Rivers.
The Room Tax Commission will start things off at 10:00 this morning in the Council Chambers.
After discussing the proposed downtown location for the City’s tourism office, they will receive some other updates from the Interim Director of the Tourism Department, Amy James, and will discuss the path forward regarding tourism in Two Rivers.
Then at 6:00 PM, the City Council will hold a work session meeting.
After discussing the status of the City’s Tourism Promotion and Development efforts, they will enter a closed session.
In that session, the Council will discuss the proposed purchase and redevelopment agreement for the property at 2023 Washington Street.
