A 25-year-old Sheboygan man was arrested in connection to a flashing case in Manitowoc.
Police began searching for the yet unidentified man after he reportedly approached a woman outside of a local business on January 10th and exposed himself.
No additional information on the actual incident was released.
According to Detective Michael Stone with the Manitowoc Police Department, the man is “Currently being held on multiple other charges in another jurisdiction. As a result of the investigation, a charge of Lewd & Lascivious Behavior will be referred to the District Attorney’s Office against the suspect.”
