
A Manitowoc man has been charged in the death of a man back in November.
Officers and EMS personnel responded to a home in the 1600 block of South 10th Street at around 5:30 AM on November 23rd last year, where they found a 20-year-old man deceased.
Drug paraphernalia was located in the victim’s hand and around his body.
A review of Facebook messages sent by the victim led the investigators to a 20-year-old man.
The men had discussed a drug sale, specifically heroin or fentanyl.
The man was arrested by police on Wednesday after he admitted to supplying those drugs to the victim.
He has been charged with 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, Delivery of a Schedule I or II Drug, and four counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
