An executive with the University of Wisconsin system is expected to plead guilty to first-offense drunken driving charges. Jessica Tomey was stopped by Menomonie police October 5th and her blood alcohol content was measured at point-13, which is above the legal limit. Tomey was in Menomonie to attend a two-day meeting of the Wisconsin Board of Regents. The plea agreement would result in a six-month suspension of her driver’s license and will require her to pay a fine.
