Badgers sophomore forward Johnny Davis didn’t make the cut when E-S-P-N released its list of the top 25 college basketball players as the season was opening.
Now, he’s at the top.
Averaging 22 points and 7.5 rebounds a game, Davis is number-one.
The Big Ten Conference has eight players on the top 25 list – more than any other conference.
Kofi Cockburn of Illinois is number-two and Keegan Murray of Iowa is number-six.
