Monroe Police report the arrest of two teenagers who are accused of beating a 14-year-old victim Sunday night.
Officers responded when a caller reported a group of four boys was beating another teen at about 11:00 p-m.
A bystander broke up the fight and the suspects ran away.
Officers say they found a 16-year-old boy from Monroe and a 15-year-old from Brodhead about a block away.
The older teen faces charges including substantial battery and underage drinking.
The 15-year-old is charged with underage drinking.
Investigators say they have identified several other suspects in the case.
Green County E-M-S responded to the scene to help the injured victim.
