The Roncalli Boys Basketball team stormed back from a double-digit deficit in the 2nd half last night to edge Kiel 59-57 at the Jets hangar.
The game was tied at 57-apiece after a 3-pointer by the Raiders’ Aidan Murphy with 7-seconds remaining.
That set up Brayden Yanda’s game-winning layup right before the buzzer to give the home team the 2-point victory.
Senior Luke Pautz poured-in 29 points and hauled down over 20-rebounds in the Jets win, their 6th in 7 conference decisions and 11-and-2 overall.
Pierce Arenz and Mitchell Endries scored 19 and 17 points, respectively for the visiting Raiders, who drop to 5-and-2 in the EWC, 9-and-4 for the year.
