Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers tells reporters his injured pinky toe is “almost 100 percent recovered.”
Rodgers returned to the practice field Wednesday.
He says with the extra week off he thinks the toe will be completely healed by the time Green Bay has a post-season game.
Despite the pain, Rodgers has closed what is expected to be his fourth M-V-P season by throwing 20 touchdown passes without an interception in the last seven games.
The quarterback says he hasn’t had a pain-killing injection since the Christmas Day game against the Browns.
