The man who bought the rifle Kyle Rittenhouse used to kill two protesters has reached a plea agreement.
Dominick Black will plead no contest to contributing to the delinquency of a minor during a court appearance this afternoon (January 10th).
A jury found Rittenhouse not guilty of first-degree intentional homicide in November.
Black was the first witness called to testify in that trial.
The 20-year-old Kenosha man was originally facing a charge of delivering a dangerous weapon to a minor resulting in death.
The Kenosha County judge could reject the deal.
