Maybe the Bucks were still thinking about a satisfying win over Brooklyn Friday night.
Whatever the reason for their 114-106 loss to the Charlotte Hornets Saturday, the same two teams meet again tonight (January 10th).
The defending N-B-A champions have been shorthanded recently leading to three losses in the last four games.
N-B-A protocols knocked out Jrue Holiday, Grayson Allen, and Pat Connaughton.
Allen and Connaughton may be available tonight but that hasn’t been determined yet.
It’s simpler to say the Bucks will lean on Giannis Antetokounmpo who light it up with 43 points Saturday.
Despite some faint hope, center DeMarcus Cousins won’t be coming back.
He is going to sign a 10-day deal with the Nuggets.
Tonight’s matchup will be aired on 97.1 FM WCUB starting at 5:30 PM.
