A total of six people have filed their paperwork to run for election this year in Two Rivers.
According to City Clerk Jamie Jackson, Travis Van Lanen, Doug Wolf, Larry Thomas, Scott Stechmesser, Bill LeClair, and Tim Peach Petri are all looking to fill one of three available seats on the City Council, where the winners will serve three-year terms.
There is also a two-year term up for grabs, but that requires separate paperwork, which no one has filed yet.
Those looking to fill the seat formerly occupied by Curt Andrews have until 5:00 PM next Tuesday to file.
